Few things are so requested in hairdressers than the famous hair strands. Sometimes just to tint or alter the color of the chosen base. But in any case they are always to clarify the tone of the hair. The problem with hair strands still always in choosing the right color. Often we go to the hairdresser asking for a specific color:  I want them silver color, gold color, copper …. But what we almost never take into account is that we should not wear the color we like; we should wear the color that make us look better. I know it is very difficult, but it is imperative because the goal to be more beautiful isn’t it? That is why I advise first to go to an expert, an image consultant who does a test of color and according to your skin tone and eyes, determines which is the tone that will favor best. Once determined that, then you will have to choose in which way, how many and where you want the strands done. I always recommend not dye the base of the hair, it is always better to keep the natural tone and apply the strands you have chosen because they will always look more natural and you will get the real strand effect. If you dye all the hair and then apply wicks you will be a slave who should go to the hairdresser every week or spend your life see you with that root so unsightly.

Pocas cosas son tan solicitadas en las peluquerías que las famosas mechas de pelo. Algunas veces solo para matizar o alterar el color de la base elegido. Pero en todo caso siempre son para aclarar el tono del pelo. El problema de las mechas siempre radica en elegir el color adecuado. A menudo vamos a la peluquería pidiendo un color concreto: sobre todo las quiero plata, doradas, cobre etc. pero lo que casi nunca tenemos en cuenta es que no debemos llevar el color que nos gusta, si no el que nos sienta bien. Ya sé que es algo muy difícil, pero es imprescindible porque el objetivo no es acaso ser más guapas? Es por eso que yo aconsejo primero ir a un experto, un asesor de imagen que nos haga un test del color y según nuestro tono de piel y ojos, determine cuál es la tonalidad que más no va a favorecer. Una vez determinada luego tú tendrás que elegir de qué forma, cuantas y dónde quieres las mechas. Yo siempre recomiendo no teñir la base del pelo, si no que lo mejor es mantener el tono natural y encima aplicar las mechas que hayas elegido porque siempre lucirán más naturales y conseguirás el efecto mecha de verdad. Si tiñes todo el pelo y luego aplicas mechas serás una esclava que deberá ir  a la peluquería cada semana o verte con esa raíz tan antiestética.
