The Yoharis Window is a very useful tool for the analysis of oneself, it is unknown for many people and that is why I have encouraged to make this post. The good thing is that the yoharis window system is applicable to virtually every facet of your life, and above all I find a very clever way of giving realism, to misconceptions that we have about ourselves and that often cause us so much prejudice.
It is a simple model that helps us to understand how we process information and how our perception of ourselves and others varies, and it is basically about gathering comments in response to specific questions we ask about ourselves .
There is an Arabic proverb that says:
If a man tells you that you look like a camel, do not listen to him; If two men tell you that, have a look at a mirror
You can do it with your friends or acquaintances, the results will surprise you and in the end you will realize you that are things that you do not believe and that you do believe things that you are not.

La Ventana de Yoharis es una herramienta muy útil para el análisis de uno mismo, para muchos es desconocido y por eso me he animado a hacer este post. Lo bueno es que el sistema de la ventana yoharis es aplicable a prácticamente todas las facetas de tu y a mi sobre todo me parece una forma muy hábil de dar realismo, a ideas equivocadas que tenemos sobre nosotros mismos y que a menudo nos causan tanto perjuicio.
Se trata de un sencillo modelo que ayuda a comprender la forma en que procesamos la información y cómo varía la percepción que tenemos de nosotros mismos y de los demás y se trata básicamente de reunir comentarios en respuesta a preguntas concretas que nosotros nos hacemos sobre nosotros mismos.
Hay un proverbio árabe que dice:
Si un hombre te dice que pareces un camello, no le hagas caso; si te lo dicen dos, mírate a un espejo
Puedes hacerlo con tus amigo o conocidos, los resultados te sorprenderán y al final te darás cuenta que eres cosas que no crees y que crees cosas que no eres.
