Singing under the rain

CANTANDO BAJO LA LLUVIA

singing underI had planned to start writing this post tomorrow but I did it today, why?

Because it has started to rain. Rainy days seem like they must be sad but really is not like that.

I give you some reasons why a rainy day can be very beneficial.

1 / The first and most scientific reason is because it's necessary. Nature needs water to survive and continue being part of the natural process of plants, animals and life.

2 / It also cleans and purifies the environment. Very necessary actually, obviously everywhere and especially in cities.

3 / You work more. Look at me!!!

Usually there are few outdoor activities on rainy days so people become more productive at work or at home if it is a weekend.

4 / It can serve as an excuse to cancel that appointment with some "heavy" sort of friend or some family commitment.

5 / In case that rain is not enough deterrent to leave home to yo, there are very fun things to do!

For example: (and if the weather is good) Bathe. It is fantastic to bathe or swim in the sea or in the pool when it rains. You can also equip yourself well and go for a walk in the forest to oxygenate and enjoy the smell of wet earth ...
In both cases you will be getting in shape, because when refreshing you can spend more time burning calories while enjoying the environment.

And finally:

If you are sensitive to weather changes you will know that just when it starts to rain, all the evils go away ... :) :) The problem is when the weather is bad but it doesn't rain yet.

And another good news: it's a lie that the rain depresses you. California is a paradise for lovers of sunny days. That's why they conducted a study to measure the happiness of students from California and the Midwestern United States. The result? They reported similar levels of happiness.
